Outline Circles in Photoshop CS

Have you ever wondered how to draw a dotted line in the shape of a circle?  Or, maybe you've puzzled over how to create your own scalloped journal tag in the round.  Then again, maybe all you really want to know how to do is create a solid outline on a shape.  If so, the following video is for you.

In this tutorial, I share how to outline a circle in two ways:  The paths tool and the edit\stroke option.  In addition, you'll learn how to create a scalloped edge (for a circle), a solid outline, and a dotted line (for a circle).

TIP:  View this HD video in best quality by hovering over the viewer and selecting the "arrows out" option (e.g., the full screen option) at the bottom right of the viewer near the Vimeo logo.  Then, hover near the right top of the viewer and select the Scaling is On option.  Finally, press play and enjoy!
